6-Step Morning Facial Routine for Improved Complexion, Reduced Acne, and Glowing Skin
What’s better than glowing skin every day?
Maybe margaritas on the beach…
But seriously, nothing feels better than stepping outside knowing you’re looking your best. Especially if it only takes you twenty minutes each morning.
Here’s our six-step morning skincare routine that takes less than twenty minutes.
Cleansing (2-3 minutes)
Use a gentle, non-comedogenic cleanser 🧼 to remove impurities and excess oil from your skin.
Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean towel.
Toning (1-2 minutes)
Apply an alcohol-free toner to help balance your skin's pH levels and prepare it for the next steps.
Use a cotton pad or your hands to gently pat the toner onto your face.
Red Light Therapy (5 minutes)
Hold the device about 6 inches from your face and move it slowly across different areas, focusing on spots prone to acne or dullness.
This step helps to reduce inflammation, promote collagen production, and improve overall skin tone.
Serum Application (1-2 minutes)
Apply a vitamin C serum to brighten your complexion and provide antioxidant protection.
Gently pat the serum into your skin until fully absorbed.
Moisturizing (2-3 minutes)
Use a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer to hydrate 💧 your skin without clogging pores.
Apply a pea-sized amount and massage it into your skin in upward circular motions.
Sunscreen (1-2 minutes)
Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to protect your skin from UV damage ☀️
Make sure to cover all exposed areas, including your neck and ears.
