Quick Question
A Holiday Reminder About Healthy Habits and Discipline
"It's not what you eat between Christmas and New Years; it's what you eat between New Years and Christmas"
The Christmas holidays are the most difficult part of the year if you’re trying to lose weight or maintain healthy habits. There’s a lot of great food, usually high in calories, and a lot of it put in front of you more than once.
But you don’t have to feel guilty because you go over on calories once or twice, skip the gym, or don’t get quite enough sleep. The point is to stay on the road all year long. To change your habits forever. So you can have the pleasure of eating with your family and friends and come back on the road when it’s all over.
We hope you enjoy the holidays… and remember the journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step even if you have to take that step several times.
